Recent Paul Mitchell Graduate, Tonya Garcia, lands a job with the Day Maker Icon - David Wagner!

David Wagner and MTI's Tonya Garcia Tonya Garcia, a recent graduate of our Paul Mitchell The School MTI College, Sacramento connected with world-famous author David Wagner, after being inspired by his book 'Life as a Daymaker'.

Through her growth as a future professional, Tonya earned her way into Phase 2 and continued to be inspired by David's work. David Wagner is an important icon in our Paul Mitchell family. He owns eight premier salons on the East and West Coast and continues to inspire others to be Daymakers!

Tonya created a video biography about David based on his life's work and sent it to him. He was so impressed by the video, and by Tonya - that he offered Tonya a job. They had never met.

Tonya started her new career and life in the Bay Area at one of David Wagner's 'Juut' Salons and is thriving! Thanks to Tonya for showing all of our future professionals what is possible when you take bold steps to pursue your dreams! Well Done!
