About the Program
Administrative Office Professionals perform a variety of
duties that may include composing and processing letters and other correspondence,
scheduling appointments, transcribing recorded communication, greeting clients,
and filing. Due to advancements in business technology and in the use of computers,
facsimile machines, and voice mail, Administrative Office Professionals are performing
more complex responsibilities. MTI's business support training will prepare you
for researching and preparing statistical data, supervising, and training other
business support staff.
