Administrative Office Professional ProgramAdministrative Office Professionals perform a variety of duties that may include composing and processing letters and other correspondence, scheduling appointments, transcribing recorded communication, greeting clients, and filing. Due to advancements in business technology and in the use of computers, facsimile machines, and voice mail, Administrative Office Professionals are performing more complex responsibilities. MTI's business support training will prepare you for researching and preparing statistical data, supervising, and training other business support staff.
