Cosmetology Instructor / Supervisor
Paul Mitchell The School - MTI College is looking for a talented and
motivated Supervisory Cosmetology Instructor (Clinic Floor Captain / Learning
Leader) to join our growing team of Cosmetology Instructors. This is a
Full Time position which requires evenings and Saturdays.
Our Learning Leaders work in a high-energy school / salon atmosphere,
guiding Future Professionals through the innovative learning process offered at
Paul Mitchell the School at MTI College. We provide extensive hands-on Paul
Mitchell technical training in cutting, color, texture, make-up, and skin care
at a level far beyond the basics for both Learning Leaders and our Future
Professionals. In fact, our Paul Mitchell School / Salon placed among
Sacramento’s top area salons in KCRA’s ‘Best of Sacramento’ rankings.
We look forward to hearing from licensed professionals with strong
communication skills, Management or Supervisory success, a very positive
attitude, and a desire to share their skills and talents with instructors and
students of Cosmetology. We require at least 5 years of Cosmetology /
Salon experience and a proven track record of success in a Supervisory role.
Prior experience as an instructor is preferred. Training and experience in the
Paul Mitchell system is preferred, but other experience will also be considered.

Service Desk Coordinator – Part-time evenings
Paul Mitchell The School - MTI College is seeking a dynamic, positive, and
highly dependable individual to serve as a front desk service host and guest
coordinator in our high-volume school & salon.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced salon with
Millennium software, multi-phone line management, and exceptional customer
service skills. Key responsibilities will include booking appointments,
discussing service options with guests, interacting with and supporting our
students, greeting customers, inputting customer information, cash management,
retail, and rebooking appointments.
Two years of exceptional customer service success and strong
computer skills required, as well as a professional appearance and
people-oriented attitude.
Part Time evenings, Tues – Friday. $12-14 per hour, depending on

Retail Support in a Beauty / Education environment / Part-time
afternoons and evenings
Bring your Retail Skills, Customer Service, and Love for the beauty
industry to Sacramento’s most exciting & innovative cosmetology environment.
Work with our talented team to support our sales objectives, manage inventories,
and act as a role model for our amazing student body – our ‘Future
Professionals’. Provide retail sales classes, tour salon guests, and support our
students throughout their educational experience.
Very high-energy, fun, culturally focused environment requires a positive
attitude, professional fashion-forward appearance, and outstanding
communication, organization, and computer skills. Candidates must demonstrate
flexibility, and dependability.
